Shipping _ Returns

We ship most items by United States Postal Service (USPS) , either by first class or Priority 2-3 day mail. Priority shipping (Rush Service) cost  and additional $10.

If you need faster shipping (i.e. overnight or two day guaranty), we can ship via UPS or FedEx and the rate is the actual shipping cost plus the $10.00 rush service as mentioned above.  Please note the different shipping method in the comment section of the check-out page which will appear just before you finish the checkout process.  We will contact you with the Total before we ship your items.

Fees are based on the dollar amount of your purchase and are as following:

$1.00 to $60.00  =    $5.50
$60.01 - $70.00  =    $6.50
$70.01 - $80.00  =    $7.50
$80.01 - $90.00  =    $8.50
$90.01 - $99.99  =    $9.50
$100.00 or more  = 
FREE Basic Shipping (International shipping is $10.00 plus the $10.00 International Fee)

"How soon will I receive my order?"

Most orders shipped within the Continental United States will be delivered within 7 business days of being processed.

Please note: All 14K Gold items are and most rings are "Special Order" and may take an additional 2 weeks to arrive (above the regular shipping time).  

"I'm from Canada. Can I place an order with you?"

Yes, we do ship outside the United States.  The shipping cost is an extra $10.00 for most items.  If the item are heavy or over sized we will contact you with the additional charge before we ship it.   If you are ordering items over $100, you will pay $10.00 plus the $10.00 international Fee.

"What do I do if my order arrives damaged?"

"Why did my order arrive incomplete?"

Sometimes our suppliers can't supply us fast enough, so we run out of product. If this happens, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. Your packing slip will indicate any items not enclosed. Please wait two weeks before contacting Customer Service regarding any back ordered items. Your additional product may already be on its way to you.

Returns and Customer Service

We value our customers, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly refund your money (less shipping _ handling).

 In order to accept your return or exchange, you must email us at for an authorization number prior to returning the item.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. All exchanges must be carefully packaged and protected. Please note that soft sided packaging allows for easy damage in shipping. Please try to re-use the package it was sent in. You must include a copy of your invoice and an explanation for the return.

We cannot accept returns after 30 days unless it falls under our “material quality” guarantee.  If your purchase is defective, you must notify us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it. Send all exchanges using some form of shipping that allows you to secure proof of delivery. When your package arrives, we will notify you. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

Errors and Omissions:

We make every attempt to avoid errors. If you cannot order an item or you get an error, please notify us so that we can take care of the problem.  Occasionally a mistake can be inadvertently overlooked. We reserve the right to make any necessary corrections to prices and apologize for the inconvenience.  If this does happen, we will do our best to honor the posted price or give you a discount off the correct price.
