Returns and Customer
Service
We value
our customers, if you
are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly refund your money
(less shipping & handling).
In order to accept your return
or exchange, you must email us at
info@messianic-mall.com
for an authorization number prior to returning the
item.
Unauthorized
returns will not be accepted or credited. All exchanges must be carefully
packaged and protected. Please note that soft sided packaging allows for easy
damage in shipping. Please try to re-use the package it was sent in. You must
include a copy of your invoice and an explanation for the return.
We cannot accept
returns after 30 days unless it falls under our “material quality” guarantee. If your purchase is defective, you
must notify us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it. Send all
exchanges using some form of shipping that allows you to secure proof of
delivery. When your package arrives, we will notify you. Please allow 2 weeks
for processing.
Errors and Omissions:
We
make every attempt to avoid errors. If you
cannot order an item or you get an error, please notify us so that we can take
care of the problem. Occasionally a mistake can be
inadvertently overlooked. We reserve the right to make any necessary corrections
to prices and apologize for the inconvenience. If this does happen, we will do our best
to honor the posted price or give you a discount off the correct price.
